01) Water pressure in water taps very less. 02) Room was not cooled when we reached hotel.

It was quiet. The second room we were given was large. A small kitchenette was available for cooking if required. The whole hotel was non-smoking.
It did not have signs and we drove 10 kms past it. We had to ring the hotel three times to get directions back there. When we arrived no-one helped with the luggage. The first room was very tiny - just enough room to walk around the bed - and not like the pictures at all. When I tried to look out the windows they were fully covered with metal louvres that could not be opened. When I discussed the louvres with reception they explained they were needed because it 'it is a family hotel'!! They did, however. move us to the room across the hall which did not have louvres. They provided only one set of everything in the kitchen - one breakfast bowl, one plate etc!

Africa restaurant is fantastic- really nice food. The rooms are ok, clean and comfortable but nothing special. Ok as a place to stay on the way to Muscat, but would not choose to stay there for many nights as a destination itself.
